Size of Installation Bolts for Curt C15324 Class V Hitch on 2003 GMC Yukon XL

Question:
What size is the 2 carriage bolts? And the other 4 bolts size

Expert Reply:
Take a look at the diagram I provided, which shows the bolt sizes included with the hitch. Four 1/2-13 X 1-3/4 carriage bolts are included, and the other two bolts that are used are preexisting on the vehicle- they're used to hold the bumper bracket to the frame. You'd just remove those before installing the hitch then reinstall them after hitch hitch is in place.
As those existing bolts aren't supplied, Curt couldn't tell me the size of the bolts, but if they're missing on your vehicle, the parts folks at your local Chevy dealer should be able to tell you.
