Question:

Which hitch for the 2020 Sienna has the best ground clearance. I don't want to scrape entering and leaving the driveway.

Of all the hitches offered for your 2020 Toyota Sienna, the ones with the greatest amount of ground clearance (distance from the underside of the receiver tube to the ground) would be the Draw-Tite Class III, part # 76112 and the etrailer.com brand Class III hitch, part # e98853. Both hitches use a concealed cross tube, which tends to snug the entire hitch up closer to the underside of the bumper for greater ground clearance. The Curt # C12065 you'd looked at would hang down about 1 inch lower than either of the hitches I recommended.

Quality wise, both hitches are on the same level, but I'd personally choose the etrailer.com # e98853 because it's US manufactured and it's a bit less expensive.

If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll need a couple of other items to complete your towing system. For a trailer wiring harness, use # 118648 UNLESS you have an SE model, in which case you'l use # 118498. For a ball mount, use # 2753 and # 19260 for a 1-7/8 inch ball or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.

If you'll be using the hitch for an accessory like a bike rack or a cargo carrying tray, be sure to choose one with an angled shank that will raise the accessory up by a few inches for greater clearance.
