There are three trailer hitches with a concealed crosstube that fit your 2020 Toyota Sienna that have a concealed crosstube, the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76112, Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13343 and etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver # E98853.
Of the three I highly recommend the Draw-Tite # 76112 because of the company's strong reputation for quality and because this is the only hitch of the three that can be used with a weight distribution system, which is important if you are going to be doing some towing.
This hitch has a 3,500 lb towing capacity, 525 lb tongue weight capacity, a 2 inch receiver and comes with a lifetime warranty which speaks to its durability. I have added a link to an install on a Sienna for you showing you how it will look when installed.

I'm a little frustrated with Curt on this. I've owned both curt hitches for the Sienna, and now have the concealed hitch on it. I was just about to install a lightweight WDH on it (3500lb, 200lb TW), when I noticed it's not rated. Worried I'd need to purchase another hitch to use the WDH, I called Curt customer service. The answer I received was that if I was staying within the listed hitch weights while using the WDH, I was fine (no capacity would be added with it). I then looked at the Draw-tight hitch and noticed that it's WDH capacities are the same as its towing capacities as well. I told the Curt representative that they could help out a bunch of confused people (me) and sales, by just clarifying the capacities on the hitch. The representative, said that it was just easier for them to not list it because if you list it "people are going to do a bunch of stupid things" and overload it. Randy, I'd be curious about your thoughts on this. I'm guessing from a liability standpoint, you really can't confirm what the Curt rep said without them having any WD rating on their hitch, or can you?
