Question:

Hello what hitch will provide the best ground clearance on a 2019 Sienna? And which one is the easiest to install with least chance of needing to remove the under carraige panel? and , which one combines the best of both? Finally,is their a way to mount a 7 pin harness in such as way that it will not scrape off if bottomed out and yet is easy to access with out having to lay on the ground to do so. Hey Daniel thanks for all the questions! One of them is going to be pretty easy but also disappointing, every hitch for your 2019 Toyota Sienna is going to require the panel to be removed, trimmed, then reinstalled. This is actually not as hard to do and time consuming as it may seem.

As far as the hitch with the best ground clearance there are four for your 2019 Sienna and they're all going to be the same. When we test fit the Draw-Tite Hitch item # 76112, Curt Hitch item # C13343, etrailer Hitch item # E98853, and EcoHitch item # 306-X7255 we found that each of them have 13" of ground clearance from the top of the receiver to the pavement.

With all of this in mind, I recommend going with our etrailer Hitch item # E98853. Since all of the other features you're looking for are comparable this one will be the easiest on your budget. It is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver: that has a 3,500 lbs towing capacity and a 525 lbs maximum tongue weight.

I really like the etrailer item # E98853 because of it's ease of install and how the receiver sits right below your rear bumper. This not long looks better but helps with ground clearance. The best way to secure your 7-Way connector is to use the Curt Easy Mount Bracket 7-Way Trailer Connectors item # C58000. This bracket attaches directly to your 2" hitch receiver and provides a mounting point that is both easily accessible and will protect the connector from damage.
