I'm trying to find out what the differences are comparing the Class III hitches for a 2020 Sienna and was wondering if you could help me out please?

So there is one main difference between the Class III trailer hitches that fit your 2020 Toyota Sienna, and that's the visibility of the crosstube, with there being options for a concealed crosstube and a visible crosstube:
