No Drill Mounting Bracket For Mounting 4 Way Connector to Hitch Receiver Tube

Does this hitch have a plate for the mounting bracket #18144 to screw onto?

Expert Reply:
The Curt # C13272 does not have a plate that will allow you to mount the Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144, but you can use the included self tapping screws in the # 18144 kit to mount the bracket on your bumper.
If you wanted to avoid putting holes on the underside of your bumper, you'll want to use the # 18136 (short bracket) or # 18140 (long bracket). Either of these 2 brackets will attach to your hitch receiver tube and then allow you to attach the # 18144 for a completely drill free installation.
I've attached some brief videos to this answer that show how all of these parts are used in conjunction to provide you with a nice, clean installation of a 4 way trailer connector for your 2019 Lexus RX 350.
