The form and fit of the hitch for my 2026 RX350h was perfect. I did not have to lower the muffer to install it. Lexus makes it easy by having the nuts pre-welded into the frame and thus only needed the 4 bolts to connect the hitch to the frame. The only issue is the foot sensor doesn’t not work most of the time to open the back hatch assuming that the hitch is causing interference. I give it a 5 out of 5 for the hitch. Not so much for etrailer’s order fulfillment . Placed the order on a Tuesday for my in-stock hitch and it wasn’t actually shipped until the following a Monday. UPS delivered it on Wednesday. My son ordered a hitch on Saturday and received his the same day I did. We live 7 miles from each other. Not good.

Good to know you don't have issues on the 2026. Sometimes its hit or miss so this will help helpful to others. Also congrats on the new Lexus!
Sturdy and easy to install. The hinge drop doesn’t really allow enough space to open the hatch after loading. So, be sure to have gear in the back first!
Hitch was slightly too wide this would not fit on first attempt; and required adjustment before it could bolt up.
15 minute install on my '26 Lexus RXh. After returning three other hitches (one by Lexus) that were supposed to fit, eTrailer was incredible.
It was easy to order, it fit perfectly and the matte finish looks great on my wife's Lexus RX350, now we can rid bikes!!
Vertical flanges were bent from shipping; I was able to correct, but were way off to begin with. Need better packaging I think
Quality product, and easy installation
I have a 2023 350. I highly recommend having a good friend help you because this was not easy to install alone. There is zero tolerance, so it has to be angled in exactly. I did not have to remove the muffler. It does press against the inside plastics for the bumper, but I don't believe that's an issue. I mentioned it so you can expect it. Also, I have to kick in a certain spot to active the trunk, but at least it still works. I'm happy with this product.

Perfect fit! Easiest one I've installed once i figured out that i had to remove the "pull hook" from the frame. I did it solo using a floor jack to hold the hitch steady. This is my 3rd hitch from you folks and aways recommend them to anyone who's willing to listen.

Great. Works fine and is very sturdy and llooks good on my SUV. Easy to attach and remove my bike rack.
This was for our 2026 Lexus RX 350,Hitch fit perfect no need to remove the muffler. We purchased for a bike rack so we didn’t need any wiring,the kick sensor also works but foot placement is to either side of the hitch.Highly Recommend!
I recently purchased a trailer hitch receiver for my 2023 Lexus RX350 from etrailer, and I want to share my experience.
During my first installation attempt, I found that the hitch I received did not align properly with the vehicle's mounting points. After taking measurements, it appeared to be slightly out of spec. I contacted etrailer's customer support, and they responded quickly with a detailed explanation and practical suggestions.
Since I was doing the installation myself and did not have the tools to reshape the hitch safely, I requested a replacement. The team handled everything professionally and efficiently-they arranged for a replacement shipment right away and provided a prepaid return label for the original unit.
The replacement hitch arrived in better condition and fit much more closely to the vehicle's mounting dimensions, making the installation straightforward.

Very easy install. Was slightly concerned when one corner of the hitch mount was protruding from the box upon arrival, but nothing was bent, or scratched. Did not have to lower exhaust, just lift into place, install four bolts, and torque to spec. It looks great on the car. Could not be happier.
