I contacted Dexter with the serial number from your Dexter Torsion axle on the 2019 Lance 1985. The outer bearing is part # L44649 and the inner bearing is part # L68149 with a Dexter seal 010-019-00 which measures 1.719" inner diameter. You can use bearing kit part # BK2-100 for #84 spindles. The torsion axle takes 10" Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # 23-468-469.
