Question:
I have a 2017.5 Lance 1685 with Dexter Nev-R-Adjust, EZ Lube brakes and hubs. I always service the bearings annually. This year I noticed noise when rotating one wheel when I lubricated it. As we tow long distances, I pulled two wheels for an inspection. Id like advice on how far I should go toward replacement of parts. Im thinking I need entire inner and outer hub assemblies. Im including photos of the badly scored outer surface that contacts the magnet. Both left wheels look similar regarding surface scoring where the magnet contacts it. The brakes themselves dont seem worn excessively, but Im deep into this now and I want to make this job complete and last awhile. What would you do? Both wheels look similar. Im including a photo of the sticker with the part number. Id very much appreciate your assistance with left and right part numbers. The travel trailer has two axles.

Hey Brad, thanks for all of the info on what you have. I can tell your magnets are basically toast, the brake pads look thin, and your hub/drums look like they are in bad shape too so your best option is to go with new assemblies left and right with the part # 23-468-469 and then new hub/drums too which for that you'd need the part # 84546UC3-EZ.
This is going to be the longterm solution that will take care of everything for a very long time.

Hey Brad, how did things go after replacing the brake assemblies and hub/drums on your Lance 1685? Did the new setup quiet things down and give you smoother rotation? Your update could make it easier for the next person dealing with similar scoring issues.
