Question:
I have a 2019 Honda CRV. Looking at your E98848 and 76128 hitches to tow a small utility trailer. Which would you recommend?

Both the etrailer # e98848 and Draw-Tite # 76128 hitch receivers feature a 2 inch receiver and require no drilling for installation.
However, the # e98848 offers a more concealed look, which also means the installation is a bit more involved. The finish on the etrailer hitch is a matte black powder coat as opposed to the e-coat base and more of a glossy powder coat finish of the Draw-Tite. If you're taking it to a shop or you're mechanically inclined, and aesthetics are important to you, then the e98848 is the right hitch for you. Keep in mind that in order to use your Hands-Free Liftgate feature, a relocation kit would have to be installed. You can easily source this through your local Honda dealer.
The DrawTite # 76128 hitch has a higher towing capacity of 4,500 lbs vs the 3,500 lbs of the etrailer hitch. That being said, the towing capacity of your 2019 Honda CR-V is limited to a mere 1,500 lbs, according to the online version of your owner's manual I found. The main advantage of the 76128 hitch aside from its more simple installation is the fact that it doesn't completely interfere with your Hands-Free Liftgate sensors, so while kicking your foot directly underneath the hitch receiver won't activate the sensors, customers have reported that there is a sweet spot on either side of it that will.
I have attached a photo to show you the side by side comparison of the two hitches once installed.
