Question:

Hi - We purchased the Yakima HoldUp from yall and am trying to choose the right hitch to support it. We dont mind seeing the bars of the hitch, but want to make sure the attachment will fit. Trying to decide between: 76128 Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2 or e98848 etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2 Well only be putting ~150lb of weight on it, so I just want to know if the attachment will work with either? We have a CR-V, AWD no auto trunk sensor Thanks!

For your 2018 Honda CR-V AWD both the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 76128 and the etrailer Trailer Hitch # e98848 you mentioned will work with the Yakima HoldUp Bike Rack # Y02443-2 with plenty of clearance so you have nothing to worry about fitment wise.

Between these two hitches I recommend going with the etrailer # e98848 as it's 525lb tongue weight rating will be more than enough for the roughly 150lbs of weight you will be adding to the # Y02443-2, and will have plenty of clearance, but also due to it having a hidden crosstube so only the receiver itself will be visible once installed.
