Question:
I see that there are a few different trailer hitches for my 2019 Honda CR-V, the draw-tite, curt and etrailer hitches. I can't really tell exactly what the difference is between these three hitches so would you be able to compare them? Any info you can give would be great. Thanks!

So there are a few important differences between the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 76128, Curt Trailer Hitch # C13397 and etrailer.com Trailer Hitch # e98848 that fit your 2019 Honda CR-V, which I'll go over for you.
The first difference is the look; as you can see by the accompanying photo, the Curt and etrailer hitch have a concealed crosstube while the Draw-Tite has an exposed crosstube. What that means is the tube (the main body) of the Draw-Tite hitch is going to be visible while the Curt and etrailer's is not, and a concealed hitch is something a lot of people really like for style reasons.
Another difference is that the Curt and etrailer hitch both require fascia trimming during the installation, making the Draw-Tite does not, so the Draw-Tite hitch an easier install. Finally, maybe the biggest difference is that installing the Curt and etrailer hitches mean you lose the Hands-Free Liftgate feature unless you get a sensor relocation kit from a Honda dealer. You will NOT lose this feature when installing the Draw-Tite hitch. So really your choice comes down to this:
- Concealed Crosstube/Better Overall Look: Curt Trailer Hitch # C13397 or etrailer.com Trailer Hitch # e98848
- Easier Install/Keep Hands-Free Liftgate: Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 76128
I have added links to install videos of these hitches on a '19 CR-V for you to check out. I also wanted to mention, if you were going to be doing some towing and needed a wiring harness the correct fit for a 2019 CR-V is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118741, and I've linked an install video of this harness for you as well.
