My old 08 escape was totaled and I tried to get the old bolts out but it wasn’t happening ....... is there a replacement bolt kit for the front hitch for an 08 Escape ?

Yes, there is a replacement bolt kit for the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 31650 which is a fit for your 2008 Ford Escape. In order to obtain this you can use the Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches part # RHK which will come with the exact same hardware that would have been included when the hitch was new. Once you arrive at the product page for the Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches you will need to enter "31650" into the item number box and then select "Curt" from the manufacturer drop down menu.
