I have a solution for you, but the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Ladder Rack # TH43001XT-603 you referenced is for Nissan vehicles and is not confirmed to fit your For truck; for your 2019 Ford F-150 with 6-1/2' bed the correct version is # TH43002XT-501.
I am happy to say that this ladder rack is compatible with the Tonno Pro Lo-Roll Soft Tonneau Cover TPLR-3050 that have on your truck. This bed cover mounts inside the bed rails while the Thule ladder rack mounts on top of the bed rails via the stake pockets, so you will have no interference whatsoever.
