Bought our first trailer along with the blue ox sway pro in July of this year. Took our 4th trip this weekend. When I was hooking up to come hime, I noticed that the one lift bracket rotating device seemed loose. I can see threads in between the two parts. The other side is not like that. Is this normal or do I have a bad rotating device.

The two metal plates on the clamp-on bracket for the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution System like part # BXW0750 should not be separating. Since the brackets are separating you will need to replace the clamp for which we have the Clamp-On Lift Brackets for Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution Systems part # BXW4010.
