Question:
I have a 2017 Ford F350 Crew Cab 4x4 SRW with 6.2 liter gas engine. The sway bar you offer states it is for dual rear wheels. Do you have one for single rear wheels? My truck had the FX4 package, the Snow Plow package, 5th wheel / gooseneck prep and kit, etc. The only thing it didnt have was the camper package. The camper package has an OEM sway bar. My truck does not have one. So I want one for a single rear wheel truck. Will the one you offer fit?

I have a solution to correct the sway and enhance the suspension on your 2017 F-350 Super Duty with the single rear wheels, but the Roadmaster Sway Bar # RM-1139-193 is only designed for use on dually trucks. Because most sway is caused by unevenly distributed weight, there are several different ways you can help stabilize your truck that doesn't use a sway bar.
If your truck is loaded more often than not, or will always have a camper attached to the bed the TorkLift StableLoad Suspension Upgrade # TLA7200 is a great choice. This is a different manner of getting the "camper package" that a lot of trucks have as options and these are designed specifically for use with truckbed campers. Instead of the rear sway bar, this TorkLift system replaces the factory bump stops with heavy duty blocks that sit above your leaf springs and help evenly distribute weight and reduce side to side sway and roll. This system also is extremely easy to install yourself and require no drilling since they install into the factory bump stop holes.
If you're only occasionally driving with a loaded truck bed, you don't want to affect your unloaded ride quality as much; for that reason, the SumoSprings # SSR-312-54 are a great economical option to help stabilize and level your vehicle. These jounce style springs get more rigid as more weight is added to them, so your unloaded ride quality won't be compromised and these will help improve suspension, handling and safety by minimizing sway.
If you really wanted to go all out and add a system that works whether you're towing a heavy load or driving without any load at all, I recommend going with the AirLift Load Lifter 5000 # AL57399 and pairing it with an on-board compressor system like the AirLift WirelessONE # AL25980. The AirLift Load Lifter 5000 is an airbag system that maintains a constant pressure that is adjustable depending on the load. This kit will help improve steering, braking performance, stability and overall ride quality while diminishing sway and absorbing road shock.
