Question:

I have a 2022 F350 crew cab, long bed. I haul a truck camper 3500 lbs and tow a boat and cargo trailer 5-6000 lbs. I live in an area where I’m regularly driving windings mountain roads. I bought Timbrens from you , which are great. I’m now thinking about a rear anti sway bar. You offer a lot of products for my truck, but I’m trying to figure out which you would recommend. There are so many diameters, etc. I think the maximum I’ll ever tow will be 8000 lbs or under. Any suggestions appreciated.

Hey John, welcome back! Happy to hear those Timbrens are working out for you. You're going to want the thickest sway bar that fits your truck. It will help with that top heavy and leaning feeling when you're taking turns.

I've got two options for 1-1/2" diameter anti-sway bars that will fit a 2022 Ford F-350. Which ones you need will depend on whether or not your truck is a dually. I have listed them below:

Single Rear Wheel - Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-1/2" Diameter item # RM93VR - You will want to make sure that the forward leaf spring bump pads are bolted to the frame and not riveted.

Dually - Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-1/2" Diameter item # RM-1139-193

How are your leaf spring pads attached?

The leaf springs and forward bump pads are bolted, not riveted. It is a SRW F350 (2022). Is there a reason why you recommend the Roadmaster over the Hellwig?

@JohnM Awesome, thanks for confirming! The Roadmaster item # RM93VR is a 1-1/2" diameter sway bar. The thicker the bar the better. Hellwig's rear ones are all smaller for your F-350.
