The box came with no instructions, I reached out to Roadmaster for assistance for installing these 0n my 2019 f250 that had no previously mounted anti sway bar and that person was of no help in ascertaining the proper. location and means of attaching the drop links to the frame. the disappointment started when the hole locations in the shackles that hold the sway bar to the axle mounts where no where near lining up with the truck weld nuts. again I was instructed by etrailer to reach out to Roadmaster.
Very well built and heavy duty, My F250 Did not have Factory anti-sway bar so you have to have these links with new bar. Worked great but instructions were a bit vague because they assume your replacing flimsy factory ones with top mount in place already. After a few measurements of trucks like mine I found ideal spot to drill frame for mounting bolt.
Joanne K is an awesome individual and was exceptional assisting me while I was figuring out parts for a resto-mod project. Joanne kept me informed of shipping also. I found pricing to be very competitive or better than most retail options.
Not Joanne’s fault but I do wish etrailer offered free returns. In a scenario like a resto-mod where standard parts do not fit, a return is likely. This happened to me with sway bar end links that were a guesstimate purchase & I had to return them to get longer end links. Again, Joanne was awesome with assistance but paying to return an unused product sucks.
Roadmaster is two steps above the rest when it comes to extra heavy duty construction and design. These links at 14” long were perfect on a E350 6” lifted 4x4 van.
Product received, good shape, complete, as ordered.
On time.
Positive experience.
Will order more products in 3 months.
