If you’ve ever felt that uneasy lean through corners or quick maneuvers, this front bar takes that out of the equation. The 1-1/2" diameter 4140 chromoly steel gives it the torsional stiffness to balance weight transfer and hold the chassis steady. By tying the front axle to the frame, it minimizes side-to-side motion so the ride stays level and predictable. That means less body roll, better control, and a more planted feel every time you turn the wheel.
Crosswinds and passing semis can make long drives exhausting. This bar works to keep your line straight by bracing the chassis against the weight shift that happens when wind or heavy loads push from the side. You’ll spend less effort correcting and more time just cruising comfortably. It’s engineered to work with the vehicle’s suspension system to keep things balanced and smooth on rough roads or in gusty conditions.
This isn’t mild steel or soft rubber. The bar is built from thick 4140 chromoly, a chromium-molybdenum alloy that’s stronger and harder than typical 1020 steel. That extra strength means it’s better at resisting twist and nearly 30 percent more effective at controlling sway. The polyurethane bushings are tough, oil- and ozone-resistant, and don’t squish out like rubber, so they hold their shape and support for the long haul.
Installing this bar doesn’t call for frame drilling or special fabrication. It bolts directly to the front axle and chassis using the included heavy-gauge mounting hardware. With easy-to-follow instructions and supplied bushing lubricant, it’s a clean, straightforward upgrade that fits around most aftermarket equipment and gets you back on the road quickly.

2025 Sprinter 2500 low roof WITH factory sway bar. Added this bar to control the terrible handling at the rear of these vans and it absolutely takes care of that. Be aware that you 100% need the retro-fit kit for this bar to be installed as the factory sway bar end links will NOT work. The retrofit kit that you need is the RM-590064-00.
I have carried a truck camper for 7 years with just Timbrin blocks also from Etrailer and finally made the move to Roadmaster anti sway bars front and rear. Planning a trip to the west coast from Georgia next year and wanted all the help I can get for stability on the mountain roads. Have yet to test but Im sure it will be a noticeable improvement. When my wife takes the wheel so I can have a break she would see-saw the steering wheel to balance the load and it drove me insane. Hoping for relief for both of us.
RM-1109-121 Rear Sway bar for 85 Chevyvan G30 RV. Install was pretty straightforward. I would mount the brackets to the frame first and then the sway bar to the axle. It’s easier to drill the holes without the sway bar getting in the way.
Before I replaced the shocks and upgraded the from sway bar and added the rear sway bar my G30 Chevyvan Winnebago was a wallow wagon. It took 110% focus to drive. Now it drives like a regular vehicle. Smooth. No leaning over when cornering. It’s night and day.

Great instructions and nice, high quality fasteners.
Fitment was great and only minor adjustments to my Air lift air bags was needed.
I have a 2013 Ram 3500 Dually with:
-Torklift 30K hitch
-5” Exhaust
-Air lift 7500XL air bags.
The lower brackets for the air bags needed to be moved slightly and I had to cut the excess bolt off on the passenger side.
Have not had time to install but looks to be very good quality
The front anti-sway bar made a huge difference with a truck camper. I already had a rear and this helped even more. It stopped the sway from cross winds and trucks passing me. Had to make an evasive manuver when a truck pull out in front of me, it really made a difference.

EXCELLENT CHOICE
Keeps front end planted, helps handling and prevents sway with truck camper
I purchased this sway bar for my F350 to replace factory bar to reduce sway while hauling my very heavy (~5000 lb) truck camper. The bar fit perfectly, was easy to install, and has performed beautifully. Shortly after installation, I took the truck/camper on an 8000+ mile cross country trip and this sway bar performed great! Excellect product; much better than factory sway bar.

Lets start by stating the I have a F350 Tremor, which is designed to flex. During normal driving it helps with body roll if I get spicy in the curves and when towing it helps minimize the push from when a truck passes on the highway. Otherwise, a great product and its pretty much forgotten that its there doing its work.

Used it on my 2017 F350 even though RM didn't include it in their listing. It bolted on easily, and I can detect no clearance issues steering lock to lock. Nice improvement over the OEM with the camper loaded, and thicker than the Helwig.

I love this sway bar, and love the service and overall experience with etrailer. My F350 came with factory sway bars front and rear, and I'd replaced the rear bar several years ago, and was impressed with the difference it made. So, more recently I ordered the front bar to replace the smaller factory unit, and it again made a wonderful change for the better. Our Bigfoot truck camper is tall and heavy, but our rig handles wonderfully and has essentially no sway or rock in traffic or on bumpy roads. I highly recommend this sway bar.

The two Roadmastercsway bars weve been using continue to impress and perform like they did on day one. Driving back across the country with some days having stiff criswinds continually we rode comfortably and never had handling or steering issues. I remain adamant that these are undoubtedly the best products on the market for this application and welcome any questions. For reference my truck is a 2018 F350 crew cab DRW, 6.7 diesel 4x4 long bed with Bigfoot 3000 series truck camper. Get the Roadmasters!
