What are the hole to hole dimensions? 2000 spartan MM newmar RV

I can get the hole dimensions for you of the B&W Heavy-Duty Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit part # BWHDRH25132 but it is not meant to fit a 2000 spartan MM newmar RV chassis so it will most likely be too narrow since it is designed to fit pick up trucks.

I recommend to use a weld on adjustable hitch like Class V Universal Weld-on Receiver Hitch part # 15903. It can be installed on frames from 18" to 61" to fit various trailer frames. It also has a 15000 lb gross towing weight capacity.

Please let me know if you would still like the hole dimensions.
