I ordered the wrong hitch. Called customer service and Helen took care of me. Set me up with the right hitch and a link to print out return shipping label. Hitch bolted right up and looks great.
Sorry for the 3 stars, but The hitch was bent when I received it. Good news it was easily straightened. Also the directions where it says install fasteners as shown has item 5 going through item 6. Item 6 is a 1/2 inch conical washer which is about 13mm and item 5 is a 14mm bolt. 14mm does not fit through a 13mm (1/2") hole. I do not have a 14mm drill bit or I would have simply drilled it out. I ended up using the hardware from my old hitch in these 2 places. Overall it looks like a good product and maybe it was bent in shipping, but the non-fitting hardware is an issue.
This is the second Curt receiver I have purchased for different vehicles. Fit and finish is good, install was simple, and both are holding up great.
