Can the Solera 12V XL Power RV Awning Be Plugged Into a Wall Outlet

Does this have to be hardwired or can it plug in outside?

I do have an option for you that would not require an external power source in the Solera 18V Power RV Awning part # LC730510 for 18' wide or part # LC730492 for 16' wide but the Solera 12V XL Power RV Awning part # LCV000334998-362241 operates on 12 VDC and would need to be attached to a 12V battery. There is no way to plug this into a wall outlet.
