Wiring Diagram for the Dometic Replacement Single Zone Thermostat

Question:
Connecting Dometic penguin /single zone to one touch system. Very familiar w single zone kits. Have installed more than 50. Looks like plug will have to be cut off to connect w one touch system in RV. There are no Dometic t stats involved here. It is hard wired into Dometic black box w cat 5 cable to control board operated by indoor touch pad

Can you use this thermostat to control two units? Both units are in an enclosed trailer and can be set to the same temperature. Would prefer to use a single thermostat instead of two separate thermostats. Thanks!
