I do have an option for you but the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Platform Rack part # KU74FR is not rated for use on a motorhome (Class A or Class C) nor are any of the Kuat bike racks. Instead, I recommend the RockyMounts MonoRail 2 Bike Platform Rack part # RKY10004 which is rated for this use and it is also lightweight at only 38 lbs (Kuat Transfer 47 lbs). The MonoRail unlike the Transfer can be used with a much heaver bike as it has a 60 lb per bike weight capacity (Kuat Transfer 40 lbs) and much wider tire up to 5" wide (Kuat Transfer 3").
In regards to using either with an extender, this can be done but you will need to follow the guidelines for that specific adapter.
