I am interested in the Blue Ox Sway Pro for 1500lb tounge wt underslung BXW1503. However, I am using it with a Ram HD Truck with a 2.5inch Receiver and I do not want to use a reducer sleeve each time I use the trailer. Will the Blue Ox Shank for 2 1/2inch hitches BXW4018 be compatible so that I can swap out the shank with a proper sized shank? Are there other shanks that will work with this to consider?

Yes, the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution Shank part # BXW4028 will work with the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution part # BXW1503. Please note the above is for underslung (coupler under frame) couplers which are not very common. If you have an overslung (coupler above frame) coupler then you would want to use the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution part # BXW1500 instead.
I have attached a list for you that shows the 2-1/2" weight distribution shanks which are compatible with the above system. The best one for you will be the one that allows you to tow level.
