21 Ford f350 with 2-1/2inch receiver. Is this shank compatible with Fastway e2 weight distribution hitch?

Hello Loni. No, the Weight Distribution Shank for Gen-Y Hitch Adjustable Ball Mounts w/ 2-1/2" Receivers - 21K # GY98ER is not compatible because it has a 3/4" pin hole diameter, and the Fastway e2 requires a standard 5/8" pin hole diameter.
For your 2021 Ford F350 with 2 1/2" receiver I recommend Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Shank - 12" Long - 13" Rise, 9" Drop # EQ94FR, or Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank - 2-1/2" Hitch - 10" Rise/6" Drop # EQ90-02-4900 depending on what drop/rise you require.
