Will Curt 13138 Trailer Hitch Fit on 2004 Ford Ranger FX4 with 245/75R16 Spare Tire

Good day, Will the Curt 13138 work on my 2004 Ford Ranger FX4 with a 245/75R16 spare?

I'm not 100% sure what size tire came on your 2006 Ford Ranger but if the 245/75R16 spare you have is the stock tire then you won't have any problems with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13138 installed. We did have a customer send in a picture where the Curt receiver was really close to their tire but they had bumper up in size which is where the problem came from.
