Question:
I have a ford ranger 4x4 extended cab 2dr. Will the trailer hitch fit with my spare tire that came from the factory, full size tire?

You will be able to install the Curt Trailer Hitch, # 13138, on your 1994 Ford Ranger and still keep the factory spare tire in position under the truck bed. After installing the hitch, you will need a 19 millimeter, open-ended wrench to remove the spare tire as the hitch will interfere with the normal spare tire removal method. What this essentially means is that you cannot use an enclosed wrench, like a socket or tire iron. You will still be able to remove and reinstall the spare, you will just need to use an open end style wrench. I have included a link to the installation details below.
