curt spring bar pin. On the curt spring bar pin what is the correct orientation of the beveled pin edge up or down. Please advise

I believe you are simply asking the direction of how the clips on the Curt Spring Bar Retainer Package for Round Bar Style Weight Distribution # 17109 go. If you take a look at the accompanying photo of them on a Curt weight distribution head you can see the direction the pins will be oriented.
