The sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful and rushed my part so we could be ready for the memorial day weekend. We need a hitch repair part and without the quick service by etrailer we would not have gotten out in the mountains - only place to shop for trailer parts and equipment!
The tiny pins that hold the spring bar in place are very tricky to get in, they are, so small I kept dropping them, but did finally get them in, and they work great.

They are still working great no problems so far.
This fixed my problem and was easy to install. Follow the directions, and the part replaces the worn out one no problem.
This was a very good transaction, Fast Delivery, Great price.
These clips should be sold as a pair. Most often both need replaced at the same time.
Perfect fit and a must to keep as spare parts in your rv tool kit. A fellow RVer lost the clips and almost lost the round bars. I gave him a package of clips and he was very thankful. Fortunately I was able to repair my hitch before a trip.

Found this replacement kit at eTrailer when the small fitting that snaps the stabilizer bar in place wore out on my original.
I ordered 2 units, and found when the shipment arrived that there are 2 clips in each unit (so I have a spare for next time), as well as the unusual attachment pieces (it turns out NOT to be a screw).
The spring clip is slightly thinner than the original, but careful operation prevents the "small fitting" from falling out.
Best part was the shipping and service follow-up, to be sure the order arrived and requesting this review.

Fixed my loose retainer issue
The little locking pin had fallen out of spring bar mounts on my hitch. This is an older hitch and I could not find what I needed. I contacted etrailer and the service tech I talked to asked for me to send a picture of what I was looking for. I did that and got very quick response to let me know that they had what I needed. I ordered a couple of extras and was able to make my planned trip without delay! Great customer service!
Great got a second set for future days in the event I lose a pin or break a tab I’m not in a bind.

Lost one of the Spring-Bar Release Clips while heading out on camping trip a month ago. Our fault, as we failed to properly check the fitting between trips, and tighten the loose screws. Luckily we were pulling out of a gas station when the anti-sway bar fell and it didn't happen on the freeway, where it could have caused an accident or worse. Ordered these new ones and it fit perfect. Used it this past weekend with no issues. While we only needed one clip, I purchased 2 sets to have them in case we lose another, or we come across someone who does, especially since this isn't a part that's readily available. We stopped at a Camping World on said trip to purchase the replacement, but they didn't have this particular model. Since there are various brands/models of anti-sway hitches it's nice to have replacements when needed.

Bought this as a spare for my 2005 discontinued load leveling hitch setup. Thank goodness the design and parts are similar and it should work when the current ones fail as it is a critical part to retain the leveler arms in the hitch. Good quality construction. Timely delivery and fairly priced.
After being told by the manufacturer that it would be over 6 months and they weren't taking back orders etrailer took my order and stayed in good communication even though the ship date slipped. They still beat the manufacturer significantly and continue to provide the parts I need at very fair prices and great service.
