Is this rated for class IV towing? Specifically what is the max GTW this will support 63232?

Since hitch locks like the # 63232 don't end up carrying the full weight of a trailer they don't normally have towing capacities so it will work well for you. As long as you are using this hitch lock in the correct size hitch it's going to fit and work well and you would not have to worry about exceeding any weight capacities.
