Curt Universal Fifth Wheel Base Rail Kit # C16100 will fit your 2011 Ram 2500 short bed and if it has overload springs you will also need bracket kit # C16301.
If you want to save a lot of time and do less drilling for the install I recommend one of the custom install kits we have for your 2500. These custom kits cost a bit more but they don't require you to drill into the frame and they take a lot less time overall for installation. I recommend you use one of the following CUSTOM kits in your Ram 2500:
Curt # C16420-204
B&W # BWRVK2600
Husky # HT31413-686
