I sure can Bryson! To add a set of 5th wheel rails to your 2010 Ram 3500, I recommend the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails item # BWRVK2600. This set of rails are industry standard and are definitely compatible with the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Hitches item # BWRVK3255 or item # BWRVK3270.
The brackets included with the B&W item # BWRVK2600 are custom fit and install in pre-existing holes in your Ram's frame. They fit the both the 6-1/2' and 8' bed lengths and include all hardware necessary for installation.
To make towing with a 5th wheel easier, I also want to recommend adding the Demco 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness item # DM8555002. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your Ram and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient.
What kind of trailer are you pulling?

Hey Bryson. The B&W rail kit is a good choice. I have a 2004 Ram 2500 with the six foot bed. We have a 15k Reese hitch on it pulling a 25 RKS Cougar 5th wheel . The rail kit is well designed with good instructions. The only down side was buying a drill bit set to drill the proper size holes through the bed. Harbor Freight had a reasonable priced set. The rail kit and brackets fit properly. It would have been helpful to have an extra set of hands in the box or underneath to help with the fasteners. Climbing up and down burned some calories. Take care..
