Height of Buyers Products A-Frame Jack # 3370091265 without Handle

Question:
I have a trailer tool box mounted near the area of the jack. I need the measurement of the jack from the mounting plate to the top of the tube. Please do not include the height of the handle. The handle needs to be above the tool box in order to properly function the jack. My old broken jack had 12 3/4inch which is the minimum measurement i can accept.

I went out to our warehouse to take a look at the Buyers Products A-Frame Jack # 3370091265 referenced in your question. I measured a height from the mounting bracket up to the top of the tube (before the handle) of just about 9-1/2 inches. I have attached an image to assist.
To get the clearance measurement you're needing you likely will need to move down to a 2,000 pound topwind jack (if possible for your trailer's tongue weight). For this I recommend taking a look at the Pro Series # PS1401000303 that features a height of 16 inches from the bracket to the top of the jack (before the handle). This jack has 15 inches of lift and can be paired with the Detachable Footplate # PS1400700340.
I have included a short video demonstration that you can check out as well.
