Will these work for 2015 Ford F250 with 4inch lift?

I do have an option for you but the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs part # SSF-111-40 will not work as is if the contact point has changed as a result from the lift kit on your 2015 Ford F-250. The best options for you so long as you have the factory coil springs are with the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F4160 for 4x4 and part # F4101 for 4x2 or the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs part # CSS-1094F for 4x2.
If you no longer have the factory coil springs then the only option we can offer is the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System part # TFF350SDC for 4x4 or part # TFF350SD2 for 4x2. In order to compensate for the lift if the contact point has changed you will then need to add multiples of part # TA25722-90P00 and part # A25723-90AH00 until you have 1/2"-1" of clearance between the top of the contact point and bottom of the bump stop.
