Question:
My new truck has a 2 1/2inch receiver. I will be pulling my boat and utility trailer using a 2 1/2inch BW hitch which I recently purchased. I also have a camping trailer and I am using an equalizer hitch which has a 2inch shank. I will be using a reducer sleeve to get the 2inch shank to fit the 2 1/2inch receiver. I believe the rock tamers only fit either a 2inch or 2 1/2inch shank - not both. Do they make reducer sleeves that extend beyond the receiver opening by at least 1? If so, I could purchase the 2 1/2inch and it would work for both. If not, I may be stuck. Any suggestions on how I could use the same rock tamers for both size of shanks?

You can replace the hub to the Rock Tamers using part # ERT034. It's the replacement hub for systems that fit a 2 inch ball mount but they're interchangeable. The downside is you'll need to change the hub everytime you're switching trailers since you want the 2-1/2 inch when towing your boat or utility trailer and the 2 inch for the camper.
Another option is to change the shank of the weight distribution system to a 2-1/2 inch so you won't have to convert the Rock Tamers, part # ERT00110, each time. This way the shank when towing the camper will also be 2-1/2 inches.
We carry several replacement shanks that fit the 2-1/2 inch hitch receiver on your truck and almost definitely fit the weight distribution system. I've linked the complete selection for you. A popular example is part # EQ90-02-4900. The 2-1/2 inch shanks fit the same heads as the 2 inch shanks do. You can make sure they'll work for yours by measuring the distance between the adjustment holes on your system. As long as they're 1-1/4 inches, center on center, it'll work for you.
