Replacement Fan-Tastic Roof Vent 3 Speed Switch Recommendation

Question:
Looking for a replacement controller switch for Fantastic vent model # 6504/414 or 6504r/414. I am not sure which one I have or what the difference the R in the model # indicates. It will work intermittently, but I think the controller has gone bad. If there a replacement switch or controller available.

The 3 speed switch/controller part # FVK1031-05 that you referenced is the correct replacement for your Fan-Tastic vent model 6504/414 or 6504r/414. Based on what I was able to find on the numbers you listed the fan you have is the # FV803350 which the controller you mentioned is correct for.
