Functions of the Terminals on Replacement 3-Speed Switch for Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent FVK1031-05

Question:
There are three lugs on the 3-way FV1031-05 switch. I only remember two lugs being connected on the old switch. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture before I disconnected the old switch. do you have a wiring diagram for this switch when used with your RV ceiling vent fan?

I will be happy to tell you the functions of the terminals on the back of Replacement 3-Speed Switch for Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent Item # FVK1031-05. The one labeled B is for battery power in. The terminal labeled C is the connection to the circuit board. And the M terminal goes to the fan motor.
