Question:
Where do I need to hook up the remaining wires for the trailer brakes, auxilary and 12 v power? Is there a diagram or video on where to splice these wires in? I am going to be pulling a trailer with brakes and an electric jack and would like to have these wired in on my 2008 Chevy Equinox. Please help!

If you are looking for a kit to convert a 4-way to a 7-way for installing a brake controller the kit you need is the part # ETBC7 as it comes with all of the wiring needed for the additional two circuits you mentioned. Basically the blue wire of the adapter gets ran to the blue wire of the brake controller you install and the black wire gets ran up to the positive post of the vehicle battery.
I attached an install video for this kit on a similar Chevy vehicle as well as a link to the install instructions for you to check out as well.
