Looking for a kit galvanized 3500 lb axle, hub, spring Tire , fender and mounting u bolts etc

I do have just about everything you are needing. The only thing that we don't currently carry is a galvanized axle rated for 3,500 lbs. If you check with a local trailer garage/store they should be able to help you order one that has a galvanized finish that also have the correct hub-face and spring-center measurements for your application.

A 3,500 lb axle should use inner bearing L68149, outer bearing L44649, and a grease seal that has an inner diameter of 1.719" and an outer diameter of 2.565". If this is the case for your axle then I recommend using the galvanized hub and drum assembly # AKHD-545-35-G-EZ-K and the electric brake kit # AKEBRK-35-SA which is self-adjusting. The Karrier # AM32156 is a great tire that has a galvanized wheel and a max load of 1,870 lbs which is more than enough for a 3,500 lb axle.

Then for a leaf spring you can use part # e57SR with the hanger kit # APS4. I have attached a photo showing where these would install on your trailer frame. The hanger kit to use with this is the CE Smith # CE23002 which has a Zinc plating to combat that rust.

For a fender I recommend going with an aluminum option like part # CE17100ATB because it will have the best corrosion resistance, but I have also linked out selection of fenders that fit with a 14" wheel for you to look through so you can get the style that suits you best.

If your trailer hasn't already been configure for electric brakes and you don't have a brake controller in your tow vehicle just let me know and I can make additional recommendations for you. I have attached a helpful article that explains what is needed for electric brakes that you can check out.

Please note that you will need to disconnect your trailer wiring from your tow vehicle before backing your boat trailer into the water. Electric brakes are becoming more common on boat trailers so it is safe to use, just disconnect the trailer to keep from short-circuiting your wiring.
