Question:
I'm eastbound and down from CO to FL and I need to bring all my stuff with me when I move. My only car is a 2018 CTS. I'm going to rent a trailer and tow it because I need to move the car too. Will anything fit my car?

Yes, we do have parts that'll fit your 2018 Cadillac CTS to tow a trailer. From what I've found your car has a maximum capacity of 1,000 pounds tops. You didn't mention the size or weight of the trailer but just make sure you stay within this limitation. I also recommend checking your owner's manual just to verify the number.
To fit the Cadillac you want the Curt hitch # C11900. It's a custom fit for the Cadillac and also has a concealed cross tube so you won't be messing with the car's appearance much. The install doesn't require any drilling but you do need to temporarily remove some of the body fascia and you trim it a bit. I've attached a picture that shows where you'll need to trim. I've also attached a picture of how the final product is going to look.
With the Curt hitch the recommended ball moutnt is # C45521. You want to make sure the 2-5/8 inch rise or 3-1/4 inch drop is appropriate for the trailer you rent. I've linked an article to help you figure this out by measuring. There's a good chance whoever you rent the trailer from already knows what height it needs to be towed at. The pin and clip to hold the ball mount in place is # F-4 and the hitch ball that fits is either # A-82 for a 2 inch ball or # A-80 for a 1-7/8 inch. Once again where ever you get the trailer from should be able to tell you which size ball you need.
Finally, the trailer is going to have lights on it and you need a way to power them with the CTS. I recommend the Curt harness # C56207 because it has a higher maximum amperage than the other option that fits. It plugs in to a connector in the trunk. You'll have to remove some of the paneling in there. Then you connect a power wire to the battery. This part is pretty easy in your Cadillac since the battery is in the trunk. I've linked the install details for you.
In addition to some videos and install details of the products I've also linked some articles on towing you might find helpful.
