Towing Mirror Recommendation for a 2018 Chevy Silverado
Updated 12/11/2018 | Published 12/04/2018 >
Question:
I'm new to towing and still learning. I was practing backing my trailer up the other day and ran over the neighbor kid's bike on the sidewalk. I guess that's what he gets for leaving it there. I didn't even realize I was off the driveway. Will towing mirrors help? I know I could add a camera on the trailer but I don't want to go to that if I don't have to. What mirror is best?

If you're having trouble seeing the rear of your trailer you certainly could benefit from a set of towing mirrors. I like the Snap & Zap, part # KS80910, for your 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 because you still keep the function of turn signals or puddle lamps in the factory mirrors if you have them.
They install quite easily with no tools. I've linked a video that shows them off for you. In the video you can see what kind of difference they make as far as seeing behind you goes. The pictures I attached also show how they look when installed.
I also attached a help article for you. Hopefully, between the mirrors, some advice, and practice you won't run over anymore of your neighbor's stuff.
