I need a hitch for my 2018 Ford Mustang and would prefer something hidden if possible.

The trailer hitch I recommend for your 2018 Ford Mustang is the Draw Tite hitch part # 24928 because it is slightly less visible than the Curt # C11405 which also fits and because unlike the Curt it does not require a stabilizer strap when carrying a non-supported load like a bike rack. The biggest visibility difference is that the Draw Tite does not have a collar attached around the hitch opening which allows it to be slightly less visible.
