Do you have 2019 Convertible Installation Instructions for a Draw-Title hitch?

Yes, I have attached the installation instructions for installing the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 24928 on a 2019 Ford Mustang Convertible. However, these instructions are the same for all models but there are separate notes for installation on convertible models. I have attached for you these notes as well as a photo of the hitch installed and in-use.
If you will be using the trailer hitch for a bike rack, the Kuat NV 2.0 Base 2-Bike Platform Rack part # BA12B would look very nice and it has a raised shank for ground clearance, enough room to fold up while not in use, and it comes with locks for security.
