Question:
I have a 2019 Ford Mustang. It has the dual exhaust but I really like to go biking so want to put a trailer hitch on. What hitch would you recommend that will work with this car?

The trailer hitch I highly recommend for your 2019 Ford Mustang with dual exhaust is the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 24928 because it will not require drilling into your Mustang's frame to install and comes with a lifetime warranty.
This is a Class I hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver and black powder coat finish to help protect against corrosion. I have added some photos customers sent in of this hitch installed on their Mustang with a dual exhaust as well as a photo showing the hitch being used with a bike rack.
For a bike rack you will need one that is compatible with a Class I hitch and because the hitch has relatively low ground clearance it is a very good idea to get a bike rack with a rise in the shank. I highly recommend the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider # HR200Z 2-bike rack because not only does it offer a highly stable platform to carry your bikes but it also has a 5 inch rise in the shank and offers enough bumper clearance to allow you to fold the rack up without making contact with your '19 Mustang.
The Hollywood Racks Trail Rider # HR200Z comes with keyed-alike locks to secure the rack to your hitch and secure your bikes to the rack, helping protect your investments. It also has an anti-rattle pin so you don't have to deal with the noise and movement that can occur with some bike racks. Additionally, it has a 45 lb per-bike capacity while weighing just 34 lbs and comes with a lifetime warranty.
I have added a photo of this bike rack on a Mustang so you can see what it will look like when on your car, and attached a link to a video review of the rack for you to check out.
