There are a few parts you are going to need to flat tow your 2018 Ford F-150 and for a wiring harness I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 because it's coiled cord is resistant to water and corrosion, and because it comes with a 6-way and mounting bracket. You will need to use Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay # RM-88400 as well to keep your 2018 F-150's brake signal from overriding the turn signal sent by your RV
The other parts you need are base plates and the best option for your 2018 F-150 are the Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit # DM56MV because it will give your truck a clean look. For a compatible tow bar the Demco Excali-Bar III Non-Binding Tow Bar # DM9511013 is a fantastic option. It is designed so that the arms move independently which will help your F-150 track behind your motorhome, is non-binding, comes with safety cables, and has a 10,500 lb capacity as well as a limited lifetime warranty. I have added a photo of this tow bar for you to check out so you can see how it was looked when installed.
A supplemental braking system is a requirement in most states and I highly recommend the Roadmaster InvisiBrake # RM-8700 for this. The InvisiBrake is a proportional braking system which is a one-time install which you can leave in so you'll never have to deactivate or reactivate it.
