Yes, the Replacement Locking Knob Assembly # Y8820181 referenced in your question will fit your Yakima Raptor Bike Carrier perfectly. The only difference between your standard Raptor and the RaptorAero is that the Aero version came with additional mounting hardware to allow it to fit aero-style crossbars. The bike racks themselves are identical.
