I have exactly what you need to operate the lights on your 2019 Jeep Wrangler using the signals from your 2005 Fleetwood Bounder Motorhome. For this, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit part # RM-15267 which comes with everything you need including diodes, wire loom, and trailer connectors for both the vehicle/motorhome.

According to my research, your 2005 Fleetwood Bounder should have came with a factory 7-way so this part of the install process will be plug and play. In regards to the Wrangler, you will need to run a signal wire from the vehicle's right turn/stop, left turn/stop, and running light circuits up to the 6-way trailer connector on the front bumper with the respective diodes placed on each wire.

If you need help with the install process then I have attached a sample install video for you on a similar 2014 model but please keep in mind the wire colors will more than likely be different.
