I have a 2008 Keystone Everest model 295. I believe the original motor is a Dometic component. Will this motor fit my awning? It was struggling lately to retract and today it wouldnt even extend without manual assistance.

I reached out to my contact at Lippert and the Solera Power Awning Replacement Motor # LC266149 has not been tested with Dometic awnings for gearing compatibility, so they cannot confirm a fit. What you can do is replace the power drive head assembly with the Solera Power Awning Plain Drive Head, White # LC266146. If you want the matching idler head you can use # LC266147.
