For your 2018 Honda CR-V, I recommend the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 76128. This hitch is rated for 675 lbs tongue weight and 4,500 lbs towing, so it is a stronger hitch than your other available options. It will not increase your towing capacity as outlined in your owners manual by the manufacturer, but it will be the best hitch option for towing or for accessories like a bike rack.
If you will be using this hitch for towing, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118741 for your wiring needs. It is easy to install and will give you a 4-way trailer connector that will be stored in your rear cargo area. I've attached a video of this installation.
For a ball mount I recommend the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount - 3" Drop, 3-1/2" Rise # BWTS10035B. This will give you options for trailer hitch ball as well as give you a clean look with the stowable feature. I've attached a video to assist.
